Kari is the author of Raising a Mentally Fit Generation, researcher, and teacher who has worked with over 25,000 parents, educators and other people who care for children, to develop the skills and confidence promoting positive mental fitness habits in their homes, schools, and early childhood facilities.
Kari has been a teacher, Deputy Principal, Guidance Counsellor and Consultant with families for over 30 years. During this time, Kari says she has had a front row seat dealing with the escalating crisis in children’s mental health.
