What if educating our children wasn’t just about answers, but the questions?
Recently I watched an inspirational documentary – “The Power of Small”.
A story of one woman’s vision to create a Kindness Army and how empowering others to make a difference, ripples out through communities transforming lives long after the initial investment.
That led me to the filmmaker – T.C Johnstone and another of his films “Teen Press”
Where school students apply to be one of 20 selected for a revolutionary program.
I was hooked! I had to connect with this man and share his story.
An award-winning documentary filmmaker whose work spans continents, cultures, and causes. We explore how childhood adventure shaped his curiosity, how education and outdoor leadership taught him to help others, and how filmmaking became a vehicle for meaning, connection, and impact.
From empowering teenagers to interview the world’s most influential voices, to confronting mortality with curiosity and grace, this episode is one to sit with.
This episode is a masterclass in asking better questions and in remembering that meaning often emerges when we slow down and truly listen.
