Deb Rae entered the workforce as a university graduate with a Bachelor of Arts.
Since then, her studies in professional and community development provided opportunities in regional Queensland, Australia – that led to her own business as a consultant, coaching leaders and teams.
It’s important that we support children as future leaders to understand what’s required when navigating change. Change is a component of life and something many of us find challenging, but we can prepare ourselves for uncertainty and resist the fear.
For Deb working in psychological safety has provided a front row seat to what makes us human. Using her own personal experience, she explains how we can cultivate critical skills to continue adapting through periods of rapid change, where AI can never replace us.
